Pafritas and El Gourmet de La Roja
El Gourmet de La Roja is an official gastronomic project licensed by the Royal Spanish Football Federation (RFEF) whose objective is to transmit the gastronomic excellence of Spain through the values of the beautiful sport and of our National Team.
From Pafritas we have created some aperitifs that pay tribute to La Roja. Some fried potatoes with sea salt fried in olive oil that recall the typical flavor of “churreria potatoes”, pork rinds cooked in their same fat and some stick potatoes that are perfect to accompany a good dinner enjoying a National Team match.
