Potatoes selected from the sour variety, with a special cut, which gives it a unique and unrepeatable texture; which reminds us of the “churrería” straws of a lifetime. Made with olive oil.
To achieve that texture that makes them so idyllic, we use the natural cooling technique.
They are the perfect combination, to accompany meat or fish in sauce and to cook tasty potato omelettes.
