Where can I sign up to place orders?

You can create your account or log in through this link: www.pafritas.es/my-account/ or by clicking on the user symbol at the top right on the website.

 

Having trouble logging in?

Please check if you have entered your email address / username and password correctly. If this does not solve the problem, write to our support team at tienda@pafritas.es.

Not receiving our email / newsletter?

– Is the email address in your account correct? If you are not sure or if you need to update it, visit your account details page.

– Have you unsubscribed from our emails? You can reactivate emails alerts by going to the personal information page.

– Are our emails in your spam or junk folder? Add our email addresses to your contacts or to the list of secure senders to prevent this from happening again. Our email address is: tienda@pafritas.com

If you have marked each of the above points and still do not receive our emails, send an email to our support team tienda@pafritas.es .

Shipping

Do you ship abroad?

For logistics reasons, we currently do not ship abroad through our online store. But if you are interested in placing an order from outside Spain, contact us through the email comercial@pafritas.es and we will assist you.

How long until I receive my order?

All orders are generally received within 2 or 3 business days.

Products

Can I return my product?

Yes, if the order has a defect, let us know as soon as possible through the email tienda@pafritas.es or telephone +34 941 440 784 and record it on the delivery note of the shipping company. We will bear the costs in return shipping.

If instead, the order has no damage or there has been no error in shipping, you can make the return of the products paying the shipping costs. But first, get in touch with us through the email tienda@pafritas.es or phone +34 941 440 784 so we can help you manage it.

Are the products safe for people with food allergies?

Our products are suitable for people with coeliac disease and do not contain traces of nuts. Even so, all the allergens of the products are shown on our packaging and on our online store.

 

Are your potatoes made in a certified gluten-free facility?

Yes, potatoes are made gluten-free so they are suitable for people with coeliac disease.

 

Is the taste of each products consistent?

Absolutely. We did extensive tests to make sure that our GMO-free potatoes have the same great quality, flavour and crispness that you enjoyed the last time you had them.
