CREATION
Thanks to our artisanal production methods we maintain the natural flavour of the original ingredients, avoiding oils harmful to health and overall flavour. This means that with a very small amount of salt, the final flavour is an authentic one.
Each ingredient used in the preparation of our potato chips come from natural origins, we don’t use artificial flavourings or dyes that would change the final taste of our chips. We aim to always maintain the essence of Pafritas; artisan potatoes made with natural products.

No additives or chemicals
Our potatoes are made only with natural products. We avoid the use of additives and chemicals.
No gluten
All our products are wheat free. Our chips are suitable for celiacs.
Sustainability
Throughout the manufacturing process we aim to maximize raw materials to reduce waste. All surplus product is donated to the nearby cattle ranch to be used as cattle feed and contribute to the care of the environment through the reduction of waste.
